The Big Picture
What exactly do I own after the project is done?
Everything. You get the full source code, database, deployment configuration, CI/CD pipeline, and documentation. It's deployed on your infrastructure under your accounts. We don't retain any access unless you explicitly want us to for the Guard plan.
Whats the exact process of purchasing?
You create an account with us, one with GitHub (the platform to save your software code) and an account with DigitalOcean, our cloud server partner. We'll upload the code to your github and server, and deploy the software so everything is up and running for you to use..
How long does a typical project take?
The setup usually only takes 1-2 hours, but, all the software packages we buy are feature-rich enterprise software that usually take you extended time to get them running. If you've ever setup a CRM or ERP system you know the drill
Do you do customizations?
Our software comes with the standard or core set of features, ready to use. For any further customization you use an AI agent like Cursor and let them build it for you. There's no limit to what you can build, add, remove, enhance. It's your software
Do you help with transfering my data from my previous system
You can simply ask your AI agent to help with that. Just ask your provider how they allow you to export data and then have your AI agent build an import tool.
Is this only suitable for companies that have a tech / dev team?
No, you don't neccessarily need a developer or server admin, with our deployemtn agent for deploying the software, and ai agents to modify the agent, there's almost no technical knowledge required.

That's exactly why the Guard plan exists. We handle technical maintenance — security updates, performance monitoring, bug fixes. You focus on your business. If you ever want to bring it in-house, the code and docs are ready.
Who guarantess my data is safe
Guard plan customers get priority support and minor changes included. For larger feature additions, we scope and quote separately — always at transparent, fair rates. You're never locked in to using us; any developer can work on your codebase.
Do you offer refunds?
If we can't deliver what we agreed on in the scope document, you get a full refund. We're confident in our process, and we put our money where our mouth is. The scope is defined collaboratively before any payment.

Do I have to buy the mobthly Guard plan
No, you can use the software without it. The Guard plan helps you make sure your server runs smoothly (e.g. it checks for common issue like storage running out of space) and it verifies your code before you push updates, but you can also go without it.
What's running cost should I expect?
The software purchase is a one-time fee. The Guard plan is an optional monthly fee. Besides this you need the server (from 10 Euro per month), and, optionally but recommended, a managed database (from 15 euro per month).

What tech stack do you use?
We use Symfony 8 (PHP), modern front-end tooling (Tailwind, Vite), and deploy on Docker to your own servers (e.g. DigitalOcean, Google Cloud). We choose well-supported, open-source technologies so you're never locked in.
Can I modify the code myself after handover?
Absolutely. That's the whole point. The code is yours. Your internal team or any developer you hire can modify, extend, or rebuild any part of it. We provide comprehensive documentation to make this as smooth as possible.
